Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our service. Refund requests must be submitted through our support system with a valid reason for the refund.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase
• Provide your Discord server ID and transaction ID
• Explain the reason for your refund request
• Allow up to 5-7 business days for processing

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Subscriptions active for more than 7 days
• Services already fully utilized
• Custom bot configurations
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

Payment Processing

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and location.

Subscription Cancellation

Canceling your subscription will stop future billing but will not automatically qualify for a refund of the current billing period. Access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
